For one participant over the next 6-weeks, we will:
- Show you what type of training to do in which season of play and how much
- Show you what type of recovery is needed, when it is needed, and how much
- Introduce you to professional and college-level female soccer players who will share their experiences and what they have learned along the way.
- Provide strategies to allow your mental strength to grow along with your physical abilities.
- Teach you how to fuel your body correctly to obtain the health and energy you need to perform at your best.
- Provide core values athletes need to work individually that will benefit your team
- Teach you how to know your body and what it needs to become your best.
- Increase your awareness of female physiology
- Teach you how your behaviors affect your performance and health
- Provide strategies to decrease your injury risk
- Provide athlete - coach -parent communication tools as you navigate between club, high school, camps, leagues, and tournament play
