For one participant over the next 6-weeks, we will:

Show you what type of training to do in which season of play and how much
Show you what type of recovery is needed, when it is needed, and how much
Introduce you to professional and college-level female soccer players who will share their experiences and what they have learned along the way.
Provide strategies to allow your mental strength to grow along with your physical abilities.
Teach you how to fuel your body correctly to obtain the health and energy you need to perform at your best.
Provide core values athletes need to work individually that will benefit your team
Teach you how to know your body and what it needs to become your best.
Increase your awareness of female physiology
Teach you how your behaviors affect your performance and health
Provide strategies to decrease your injury risk
Provide athlete - coach -parent communication tools as you navigate between club, high school, camps, leagues, and tournament play

Access for up to 18 team members (on the same roster) and coach. Over the next 6-weeks in a virtual pre-recorded format, we will:
