M2P Evaluation
Where better movement leads to better performance.
Service Description
Athletes train hard—but without understanding how well their bodies move, they may be building performance on top of hidden weaknesses. This screening identifies issues early, reduces injury risk, and improves movement, power, and control. Athletes receive clear data, personalized feedback, and a simple plan so they know exactly what to work on to stay healthy and perform at their best. Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) -A clinical movement assessment used to determine the root cause of dysfunctional or painful movement patterns. Functional Movement Screen (FMS) -Assesses mobility and stability across foundational movement patterns to identify limitations that may affect performance or increase injury risk. Dynamic Balance Test -Measures balance, coordination, and symmetry to assess readiness for higher-level athletic demands. Tuck Jump Assessment -Evaluates neuromuscular control and landing mechanics to highlight potential lower-extremity injury risks. What Athletes Receive Personalized feedback report summarizing all assessment findings Corrective exercise recommendations to improve mobility, stability, and strength Following the Move to Perform Evaluation, athletes have the option to add in-person training sessions alongside a daily online training program, creating a fully integrated system that works together seamlessly. In-person sessions are used to refine movement quality, progress exercises appropriately, and provide hands-on coaching and feedback. The daily online program (purchased separately) reinforces this work between sessions, ensuring consistency, continuity, and purposeful progression throughout the week. Both components are built from the same evaluation findings and training objectives, allowing corrective work, strength development, conditioning, and performance training to align—rather than compete. This integrated approach accelerates progress, improves carryover, and supports a safe, effective transition from rehabilitation to full performance.
