M2P Monthly Online Training Plan
Bridge the Gap from Rehabilitation to Performance
Service Description
This is a fully individualized, month-long online training program designed to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and high-level performance. Each plan is built from a comprehensive movement-based assessment (SFMA/FMS-informed) to address mobility restrictions, stability deficits, and asymmetries before progressing toward strength, speed, and sport-specific capacity. The Movement and Performance Evaluation must be completed first. Athletes receive a weekly, day-by-day training schedule that integrates: - Targeted corrective exercises based on SFMA/FMS findings. - Mobility and stability progressions to restore efficient movement. - Strength training appropriate to current tissue tolerance and training age. - Cardiovascular conditioning tailored to sport demands and recovery needs. - Balance, coordination, and proprioceptive work for joint control and injury resilience. -Speed and agility development with an emphasis on mechanics, deceleration, and change of direction The program follows a progressive rehab-to-performance model, ensuring movement quality is established first, capacity is built second, and performance is layered in safely and effectively. Programming is adjusted weekly to reflect progress, symptom response, and training tolerance. This plan is ideal for athletes who are: - Transitioning out of physical therapy. - Returning from injury but not yet cleared for full team training. - Managing recurring injuries or movement limitations. - Looking for structured, professional guidance without in-person sessions. The goal is not just to return to activity—but to return stronger, more resilient, and better prepared for long-term performance.
